The 3rd China (Changzhi) International UV LED Conference (CULCON 2020)

In order to accelerate the construction of the UV LED strategic industry cluster in Changzhi, Shanxi Province, as well as deepen the research progress and industrial development of UV LED technology home and abroad, deal with economic challenges and opportunities in the post-epidemic era, the People’s Government of Changzhi, China Solid State Lighting Alliance and Shanxi Cloud Era Technology Company, Ltd. are working together to host the 3rd China (Changzhi) International UV LED Conference (CULCON 2022) during May in Changzhi city with the theme “Create Healthy UV Light Source, Boost Public Health Safety”. The conference conducts in-depth discussions on UV LED technology including equipment, materials, devices and application. It specially emphasizes the industrial application of UV-LED related technology and discuss how to achieve synergy innovation in the whole industry chain and industrial cluster.

聚焦“六新”突破,培育紫外LED产业生态——第二届紫外LED长治产业发展峰会成功召开
8月19—21日,由长治市人民政府、国家半导体照明工程研发及产业联盟(CSA)和山西云时代技术有限公司共同主办的“第二届紫外LED长治产业发展峰会”在山西长治市成功召开。

  “连续两届紫外LED长治产业发展峰会的举办,为各位专家、学者、行业精英、企业家搭建了交流平台。今年来到长治,最大的感受是一年来潞安紫外LED产业发展速度之迅速,背后不仅是企业生产研发团队的努力,更体现出当地政府对紫外LED产业发展的重视与大力支持。”国家半导体照明工程研发及产业联盟理事长吴玲接受采访时说。

“很高兴参加第二届紫外LED长治产业发展峰会。紫外LED作为高附加值和高成长空间的新兴产业,逐渐替代传统紫外光源是大势所趋。尤其在今年疫情防控的大背景下,UV LED的市场前景更加广阔。”8月20日,在谈到紫外LED的发展前景时,北京大学理学部副主任、教授沈波如是说。

“不同于传统LED,紫外LED需要专门的电学、光学和热学设计。在紫外LED封装环节,传统焊接技术大功率散热问题、焊接空洞率等一直与产品不良率和生产效率息息相关。为了提升紫外LED的可靠性,封装企业需要升级使用真空焊接工艺,做好二次散热设计。”北京诚联恺达科技有限公司技术服务部总经理刘月明向记者介绍,“诚联恺达推出的封装真空共晶炉,可以提高芯片导热系数,解决大功率LED封装芯片散热问题,可将焊接空洞率降低至3%,同时降低产品不良率,提高生产效率。”
